By booking an advertising space, you agree that advertisements for gambling, adult content, or any illegal content are not allowed. If your ad does not comply with the standards, you may only receive a partial refund, covering transaction fees. The reservation is confirmed after ad approval.
By booking an advertising space in the São Miguel Bus application, the client agrees to comply with all terms and conditions established herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with the reservation.
Advertisements that contain or promote the following are not allowed:
São Miguel Bus reserves the right to reject any advertisement that does not comply with these guidelines.
By booking an advertising slot, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions described in this document. The slot reservation is considered confirmed only after the approval of the ad content by the São Miguel Bus team.
In case a submitted advertisement does not comply with the established standards, the reservation refund may be only partial, intended to cover the transaction fees of the payment platform. The amount to be refunded will be determined by the São Miguel Bus team.
São Miguel Bus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to regularly check for changes. Continued use of the service after any modification will constitute acceptance of the new conditions.
São Miguel Bus will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of advertisements or advertising content that do not comply with these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Azores, Portugal. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

These terms and conditions will come into effect from the date of their acceptance by the client.
